Ellie Lloyd-Jones
Ellie Lloyd-Jones is a nature-based coach and facilitator based in Cheshire and the founder of Elevate Netwalking, a growing network of outdoor group coaching walks. She works with teams and groups to help people slow down, think more clearly and reconnect with what matters. Her approach blends practical structure with the grounding presence of the natural world, creating space for reflection, meaningful conversation and shared insight.
Ellie leads the Source to Sea journey along the Thames with Professor Jonathan Passmore and is the creator of Coaching in Motion, a programme that supports coaches and facilitators to design and lead their own group coaching walks. She is also co-author of Outdoor Coaching: A Practical Guide and has developed a set of nature-based coaching cards to deepen awareness and connection during walks and team sessions.
Her work is rooted in the belief that connecting with others, in nature and through movement, is a powerful antidote to digital overload and modern-day disconnection.
