Episode 1 : Professor Peter Hawkins

Professor Peter Hawkins

Professor Peter Hawkins is a globally respected author, consultant, and researcher in systemic coaching, leadership, and organisational transformation. As Chair of Renewal Associates and founder of Systemic Team Coaching, he works internationally with boards, executive teams, and institutions to develop collaborative, future-fit leadership.

Peter’s work is increasingly shaped by ecological and climate-conscious practice. He is co-author of Ecological and Climate Conscious Coaching and a passionate advocate for integrating nature into coaching, leadership, and organisational development. His approach invites leaders to see themselves as part of a living system, where transformation is not only strategic, but deeply relational and regenerative.

He is Emeritus Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School and Visiting Professor at the Universities of Bath and Oxford Brookes. Through writing, teaching, and global consultancy, Peter continues to inspire coaches and leaders to lead with purpose, partnership, and planetary awareness.
