This is the only in person coaching event of its kind that immerses you fully in nature, not just a brief outdoor session, but an entire experience set in nature. Designed to inspire, refresh, and connect you with the world around you, this exclusive 2 1/2 day event takes place entirely outdoors, where nature itself becomes your backdrop, fostering deep reflection and transformation.

Ticket Information
This year you can choose from one, two, or two & a half days of immersive experiences. Wednesday & Thursday are filled with experiential workshops and the half day on Friday morning offers time for reflection and discussions post event.
Participants can select their workshop choices from the agenda upon ticket purchase. Spaces are limited for each session to optimize the participant experience, so early booking is highly recommended to secure your preferred choices.

Essential Information & Preparation
Will the event go ahead in rain or heat?
Yes, the event will run whatever the weather. We’ll have sheltered areas, but the marquee can get hot or chilly, so please dress accordingly.
Do I need to bring anything?
Yes. All events will be held outdoors, in all weathers. While there will be a main marquee and some shelter, please dress appropriately and bring:
- Sunscreen
- Umbrella
- Outdoor footwear
- Layers for warmth or shade
- Waterproofs if rain is forecast
- We’ll update you closer to the time with more specifics.
Is there a dress code?
Absolutely not! Please come as you feel comfortable. Whether it’s shorts, sandals, boots, or a raincoat, we encourage you to dress for the weather and terrain. The marquee can get warm in summer, so breathable layers are ideal.
Will there be water available?
Yes, we’ll have water coolers both in the marquee and inside the main Henley building. Please bring a refillable bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.
What about food?
Henley’s catering team will provide predominantly plant-based meals. If you have dietary requirements or allergies, please include them in your booking and notify a member of the events team on arrival.

How do I get to Henley?
Is there parking?
Yes, there is plenty of onsite parking whether you’re staying onsite or coming and going each day.
Can I bring my dog?
Sadly, we’re unable to accommodate pets on site. However, iIf you have an assistance animal, please contact us to discuss.
What are the accommodation options?
On-site accommodation is available at the Henley Greenlands campus here.

Activities & Experience
Will the event be the same as previous years?
Is this an experience or training?
Will there be morning activities before the event begins?
Yes, we invite you to join our optional morning sessions to invigorate you before the event. Yoga, mindful walks & ecosomatic activation will be on offer. You’re welcome to bring your own mat or blanket for the yoga. There is no need to book.
